The Worldwide ERC® Training Institute is an accredited school, serving as a convenient resource for professional development opportunities, continuing education credits and licensing courses. We meet the needs of:

• Individuals and organizations who support a mobile workforce —such as corporate and government HR personnel or relocation management company counselors and staff.  Our courses are targeted to specific professional development requirements to help enrollees gain a better understanding of the real estate component of an employee’s move, and how and why relocation transactions differ from other types of consumer moves.
• Real estate professionals.  Whether new to the process and studying for the licensing exam, or seeking to earn CE credits, we help real estate professionals meet their training and educational requirements in numerous states.

It is our mission is to encourage a greater understanding of the unique aspects of relocation transactions, equipping more individuals to be better able to address the needs of and support today’s mobile workforce.

Our parent organization, Worldwide ERC®, is the premier association for workforce mobility issues, consisting of some 13,000 members.  Headquartered in Washington, DC and maintaining a satellite office in Brussels, Belgium, we’ve been bringing relocation professionals together to develop standards and raise the bar on global workforce mobility knowledge and practices since 1964.  The Training Institute brings the trusted Worldwide ERC® experience, knowledge and banner of quality to our own signature courses, such as   “Relocation: Assisting Corporate Transferees.”

In addition, we offer a catalogue of online courses through a partnership with 360Training in such topics as agency and contract law, ethics, environmental hazards, and real estate finance.
